When I was at secondary school cane was no longer used - but I was always in trouble in school and it all went back home to the old man who knew how to give a caning. Had to strip naked and lean against the wall or bend over (in the basement). Was harder (a lot) than in this video. Often was caned 3/4 times in the one week - it didn't matter that my butt was still marked and tender - the old man just said "You did wrong - you are capable of taking more". Few times got what we called a "15 stroker" - could have taken more, actually.
